This is a free update for all AskAvenue customers, so you are not required to take action in order to enable the new chat widget.

  • NEW automatic lead capture sequence – lead contact info is now collected in a more natural, conversational way (see it in action). Please note that name is no longer a required field to be entered prior to chatting, however email is still a requirement so you can follow-up offline. 💌
  • NEW Widget customization – customize the look and feel of your widget with color theme selection.
  • NEW mobile experience with fully expanded chat window.
  • CRM Integration – chat transcripts now include metadata most industry CRM’s support.
  • Greeting messages now support emojis. 🙌🏻

Avenue named Winner at 2015 Realogy FWD Innovation Summit

The Team at AskAvenue is thrilled and honored to be named as the grand prize winner of the 2015 Realogy FWD Innovation Summit held at the Mission Bay Conference Center at the University of California, San Francisco.

AskAvenue earned top honors at FWD for presenting the most innovative technology product or service designed for the real estate industry among the 15 emerging technology companies that competed for the $25,000 cash award. The competition was fierce, but AskAvenue co-founder and CEO, Justin Shum, pulled off the win with an impressive live demo of the on-demand real estate advice app in front the judges and 255 Realogy executives and franchisees.

“It was an honor even to be selected to present at such a premier industry event as this,” said Avenue CEO Justin Shum. “To receive this recognition from Realogy validates our vision and technology.”
