How To Setup Shortcuts & Saved Replies

Shortcuts are an easy way for you to customize and setup canned responses. The agent may insert a shortcuts triggered by keystrokes, rather than typing the same answer repeatedly or pasting from some other resource.
Shortcuts always begin with the / character, making it easy for an agent to call up a canned response.
To setup shortcuts, swipe right to open the menu and tap shortcuts to open the shortcuts screen.
To create a new click on New and enter a keyword for your shortcut, followed by the message. Then click Save.
